ONLY ONLINE APPLICATION AND NO OTHER MEAN/MODE OF THE APPLICATION SHALL BE ACCEPTED.

APPLICATION FEE :

Prepare a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- before applying online as details of DD are required to be filled in)
General and OBC candidates are required to send a NON-REFUNDABLE crossed Demand Draft for Rs.500/- as Application Fee drawn in favour of "Senior Accounts Officer (JC), MPPKVVCL" and payable at "Jabalpur". MO/IPO or any other mode of payment will not be accepted. Applications of General and OBC candidates without Demand Draft will not be considered.  SC/ST category candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.

STEPS FOR APPLYING

STEP 1 : Read CAREFULLY the advertisement and all the instructions.
STEP 2:  Fill in the ONLINE FORM with all the relevant details.
STEP 3 : Candidates who passed the qualifying degree should fill in the aggregate percentage marks on page of the form. Candidates who are appearing in their final year examination are required to fill in the average marks of their previous year's/semester's. Such candidates should note that their candidature shall be final subject to their producing final year result at the time of interview and securing the specified aggregate percentage marks.
STEP 4: The recruitment is for 4 different Companies as specified in the advertisement. The candidate should carefully choose the Company giving preference for appointment in case of selection. The appointment shall be made by the Company for which the candidate is selected.

STEP 5 : After you click SUBMIT, take a print of the application form as displayed on the screen having the unique Registration Number and affix passport size photograph and sign the form in the space provided for the same.
STEP 6 : Alongwith print out of the application form attach the Demand Draft (The Demand Draft should contain name of the application, Registration Number on reverse of the DD)

No other document is to be submitted by General Category Candidates. SC/ST and OBC category candidates are required to attach their caste certificate and MP Domicile certificate

Candidate should take special care NOT to staple the Demand Draft. They should use u-pins or steel pins for fastening all documents / demand drafts. (Please retain a copy of the application form with unique REGISTRATION NUMBER, and also a copy of the demand draft for future reference) Only original printout application form (no photocopy) shall be accepted.

The candidate whose application form along with DD is received after due date shall be rejected and the DD would not be returned.
Application form received with a single Demand Draft containing the application fees of two or more candidates or photocopies of Demand Drafts attached with the application form will be rejected.
 

ADMIT CARD FOR WRITTEN TEST

Admit Card for Written Test shall be made available on-line on this website. The candidates can take out their Admit Cards by entering their unique REGISTRATION NUMBER given on application form.

The Admit Card for written test shall be made available on or after 4th AUGUST 2009. The Admit Card shall contain the details of date of written test, venue, timing and other requisites etc 

While appearing for written test the candidates must possess the Registration Number, downloaded Admit Card and one or more of following PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF :

PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF :

• Valid Driving License
• PAN Card
• Voter Identity Card issued by Election Commission
• Identity Card issued by Educational Institution or Department
• Non returnable Photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and containing name of the candidate on reverse of the photograph. The candidates bringing this form of identity proof shall have to possess any one of the above mentioned 4 identity proofs at the time of personal interview.
 

WRITTEN TEST CENTERS:

The written test be held in 5 Centers located at

• Jabalpur,
• Rewa,
• Bhopal,
• Gwalior
• Indore.

INTERVIEW :

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of performance in written test shall be called for personal interview to be held at Jabalpur. The dates shall be notified to the candidates with the admit card for the written test.
 

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

• All the qualifications should be full time regular courses from a recognized Indian University /Institute approved by AICTE.

• Do not attach mark-sheets etc. (except Demand Draft and/or caste certificate) along with application form.

• Applications with incomplete / wrong particulars or not in the prescribed format will entail rejection and Demand Draft amount will not be refunded.

• Wherever CGPA or Letter Grade in a degree is awarded, its equivalent percentage of marks must be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by University/Institute.

• Request for change of center for written examination shall not be entertained.

• The SC/ST/OBC category candidates belonging to the State of Madhya Pradesh only shall be treated under Reserved Category for the purpose of selection. The SC/ST/OBC category candidates belonging to other States shall however be given relaxation in eligibility criteria of educational qualification and reimbursement of fare for attending written test/personal interview only.

• Candidates presently employed in Government Departments / PSU's / Autonomous Bodies have to route their application through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of interview.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process at any time. In the event of cancellation of the process, the Demand Drafts received from the candidates shall be returned in due course.

• All the details given in the online form will be treated as final and no changes will be entertained. Furnishing of wrong/false information will lead to disqualification and the Company will not be responsible for any of the consequences of furnishing of such wrong/false information.

• Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Jabalpur.

Since all the applications will be screened without documentary evidence, the candidates must satisfy themselves of the suitability for the post. If at any stage during the recruitment process, it is found that the candidates have furnished false or wrong information, their candidature will be rejected.
